Join us in these summer-only DANCE FITNESS CLASSES!
Every Saturday morning, from June to September, come and have fun while breaking a sweat. In each 45min class, we will lead you through a series of dance routines that will raise your heart rate and put a smile on your face. Plus you will meet a group of like-minded individuals who bring energy, passion and accountability to the whole class.
Open to all fitness levels. No equipment needed, just bring your enthusiasm (and a water bottle!) and get ready to move your body.
First class is FREE! After, it's only $15 (via Zelle or cash).
