The UWM Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Prof. Jun Kim, presents a special Korea Day performance.Guest soloist violinist YooJin Jang, winner of the Concert Artists Guild Competition and the Sendai International Violin Competition, and the Michael Hill International Violin Competition, will perform Beethoven’s Violin Concerto in D major.
The program also features Tchaikovsky’s Romeo & Juliet Overture, Debussy’s Petite Suite, and Korean art songs Arirang Concertante and Longing for Mount Geumgang with soprano You-Seong Kim.
