This October, we are delighted to welcome Riana Zietsman as our guest speaker. Born and raised in the Free State in the small village of Clocolan, Riana enjoyed a happy, uncomplicated childhood before graduating with her B.Sc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from UOFS in 1982. After marrying her late husband, Lou, she moved to Durban, where she began her career at Addington Hospital before opening her own physiotherapy practice in Durban North.
For the past 40 years, Riana has built a respected career in both private practice and hospitals, serving her community with dedication and care. Family is at the heart of her life — she is the proud mother of two sons and a doting grandmother to two precious granddaughters.
With her wealth of professional and personal experience, Riana will share her insights on the importance of health awareness and taking proactive steps for our well-being.
