FUNDAMENTALS OF SERVING SAFE FOR FOOD HANDLERS
Learn the essentials of food safety to keep yourself and others safe. The course also teaches you the proper procedures for handling food to reduce the risk of foodborne illness. Topics include: Biohazards, Foodborne Illness, and Food Spoilage; Contamination; Food and Temperature Control; Employee Health, Hygiene & Training; Cleaning & Sanitizing; and more. Students will receive their Food Handler certification after successful completion of a short exam.
