The lights will be turned down and the UV fired up for that true disco experience. The studio will be full of UV props & you’ll have plenty of time to snap some pics after!
A fun upbeat yoga practice along to a spooky halloween playlist. The practice will be grounding and ok for yoga newbies to attend as long as you're comfortable moving around the mat.
The class will begin with a warm up and mobilisation, followed by more dynamic movement to strengthen, lengthen and move to the music!
We will end with some deep stretches and savasana to relax and let go.
This class is suitable for all levels of experience as options with be given, the most important thing is to have fun and enjoy the music. Neon & white clothing is optional but encouraged.
Please note you do not need to book with someone- of course it’s so fun with friends but there will be students attending on their own so please come along. Our fun & friendly atmosphere will have you relaxed in no time.
