Saddle up for our UU BBQ Hoedown Auction! Saturday, November 8, 2:00pm. This here’s a party! We need yer items to make this rodeo happen! Take folks on a picnic, host a trail ride or hike, offer tickets to a show or host a shin-dig at your “ranch”. To submit donation events and items, fill out a form at the Auction table on Sundays, email the auction committee at [email protected] or use the Auctria Website, here.
The deadline for submissions is Sunday October 26 at midnight. When you submit, it may take a day or so for admin to approve the website to post.
Is this your first rodeo? We would like to welcome you with 25 Buckaroos to apply to your bids. Go to the Auction table for more info!
Buy your BBQ tickets for $10 at the Auction table. We will have line dancing lessons and competition and a costume contest and all sorts of cowboy activities!
