The Utensil-Free Banquet is an exclusive, avant-garde dining experience designed for the intrepid epicure. We invite you to shed the societal constraints of the fork and knife and participate in a tactile, primal, and delightfully messy exploration of elevated comfort fare.

This evening is a carefully curated journey where lowbrow, nostalgic provisions are re-contextualized into high-concept hors d'oeuvres and plated installations.

What to Expect:

• Tactile Gastronomy: The primary focus is on eating entirely with your hands. Expect robust, structured finger foods, and sauces served in deep, individualized vessels designed for dipping, scooping, and total immersion.
• The Menu of the Unexpected: Our featured centerpiece, the Spaghetti-Os, will be served as gourmet-style arancini (crispy, fried risotto-style balls) or meticulously arranged within miniature edible pastry shells. Other unconventional offerings will include:
• • Artisanal "Pigs in a Blanket": Mini sausages wrapped in delicate, house-made puff pastry with dijon aioli.
  • Deconstructed Tuna Noodle Casserole: Served as a creamy, savory mousse in elegant edible spoons, topped with crispy potato sticks.
  • Jell-O Molds: Presented as dazzling, monochromatic architectural structures, meant to be "snapped" and consumed as a refreshing palate cleanser.
• An Interactive Atmosphere: This is not a formal sit-down meal. Guests are encouraged to mingle, compare notes on technique, and fully embrace the freedom and conviviality of this unbridled feast. Napkins and sophisticated hand-washing stations will be plentiful.

Info: Guests are welcomed with a signature "hand-crafted" cocktail (or mocktail for guests under 21 or those who do not drink). Brief explanation of the evening's utensil-free ethos. Light live music begins.

Info: Presentation of the first course: elegantly displayed, structurally sound "weird foods" designed for polite, one-handed consumption.
