This week’s UTC FIT is a HIIT class hosted by Crunch Fitness. Enjoy a free bootcamp style workout class featuring beats by DJ Vibez. No registration required. Participants should bring a mat, towel, water.
All UTC FIT sessions take place on The Green at UTC, across from The Vitamin Shoppe.
