This year, MSUB is covering the Andean Community, a South American region consisting of Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru, and the second film to play to celebrate the regions cinematic culture will be the 2022 Bolivian drama, UTAMA, screening Tuesday, October 21st!
