UT Tech Booth Wellness Center hosts an interactive event to connect students/faculty/staff to campus and community wellness providers.About this Event
Join UT Tech Booth Wellness Center for our annual Wellness Fair! We want YOU to provide our students, faculty & staff with information about YOUR Wellness Services. This is going to be a fun, interactive event with campus and community wellness vendors, games, food, activities, music and much more!!
Location:
- UT Tech University Campus - outside the Gardner Plaza
We will provide:
- Tables, chairs and water
Please bring:
- Canopy (if desired), handouts, swag/giveaways, scheduling books, etc.
- Make it FUN!
Set-Up:
- You must be set-up and ready to go no later than 9:30am
- BWC staff will be on-site to assist you with any questions
Take-Down
- Event ends at 2:00 pm
Other Important Information:
- To keep admission free for everyone, we kindly ask each vendor to contribute a raffle prize valued at around $30. Please drop off your raffle item at the Booth Wellness Center before October 1st. For questions about raffle prizes please email: [email protected] . Our students love giveaways, and this is a fun way to make the event even more exciting while supporting the community spirit!
- Once registered you will receive a campus map, parking pass and Vendor Booth assignment
*No inclement weather back up plan-event will happen rain or shine (unless a downpour!)
