On Friday, September 19th we are joining with the Red Cross to install fire alarms in homes. We invite you to be a part of this service project. It will begin at 7:30 am and we will be back to the hotel by 11:00 to start the conference.We need you to sign up for this event. Please sign up ASAP!

Here are some statistics:
Home fires are the most frequent disaster in the United States. They K*ll more people every year than all other disasters combined, claiming seven lives every single day.
Three out of five home fire deaths happen in homes with no smoke alarms or no working smoke alarms and the presence of working smoke alarms in a home cuts the risk of dying in a fire by 50%. They are the single most important tool for preventing fire-related tragedies.
This isn't just about raising awareness; it's about taking direct action. The alarms you install and the safety plans you help create will protect families starting that very same day.
The Red Cross will provide all the training, equipment, and support you need. You just need to bring your enthusiasm and willingness to help.
