No doubt you've heard about the annual Utah PIO Conference. This is the best collection of case studies, lessons learned and PIO networking you can find in the state of Utah under one roof.
We know you want to be the best you can be for your organization. We're here to help.
REGISTRATION
Early bird: Now through August 2 $300 plus eventbrite fees , Regular price: August 3 - September 14 $325 plus eventbrite fees . Registration will be shut down September 15 until day of conference. Late (at door) registration: Starting September 22 at 11 a.m. $350 plus eventbrite fees (Hey, you still get to come, but we won't be able to print you a name badge.)
Refund policy: Refunds up to 30 days before event. Eventbrite fee non-refundable.
You may send someone else in your place if a refund isn't your best option, but please let Patrice Thomas know who that is ([email protected] / 801-244-0071).
If we are unable to secure enough registrations, the conference will be canceled. In the event the conference is canceled, your agency will be refunded minus the Eventbrite fee
MONDAY RESTAURANT ROUND-UP - RSVP for Dinner
Select a restaurant from the list in Sched when signing up for classes. Our board members will make the reservations. Restaurant times and carpool information will be provided at the conference.

LODGING
The hotel needs to be booked at your own expense. We have a guaranteed state rate of $110 until August 22. When contacting the hotels please use the code PIOG or Public Information Officer Conference. You need to contact the hotel front desk and not the reservation line.
