You must have your current state Concealed Permit in order to apply for the Utah Non-Resident Multi-state Concealed Carry Permit. This class will include the required classroom instruction, your fingerprints, photo ID, and stamped application. The permit will bring you from 32 states reciprocity (Virginia) to 38 states. *Be advised these can fluctuate. If you travel, this is a great permit.
