Level One Reiki training serves as the foundational introduction to the practice of Reiki healing, focusing on self-healing and energy awareness. During this training, students learn the history and principles of Reiki, receive attunements that open their energy channels, and are taught hand positions for treating themselves and others. Practice time with a partner is also included. The course emphasizes connecting with universal life force energy to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. This lineage incorporates healing Tibetan symbols as your progress to levels 2 and 3. This level empowers practitioners to begin their personal healing journey and share Reiki with close friends and family.
