History
Usui Reiki is the original Reiki system, and you'll be initiated into an unbroken lineage dating back to Dr. Usui himself, which includes Hawayo Takata, the first woman to be attuned to the healing energy.
This system's full name is Reiki; I will be teaching it is Usui Teat. My training will, combine the modern Westernised system of Reiki with the ancient Japanese traditional system, which is now considered one of the oldest since many new offsprings of Reiki have evolved.
Completing Level 1 will give you a firm foundation to start your healing journey. Usui Reiki level one is the first of three levels (or degrees as they are sometimes called). Broken down into three attunements/ degrees or levels (also known as). Each opens up your energy centres, also known as chakras, and increases the vibrational rate of your energy body.
- Level 1: Self-Healing and Self-development.
- Level 2: Healing others (recreationally or professionally).
- Level 3 (Master): Experienced and ready to attune and mentor others
Attunement is a single day's training, but if you join this event 21 days before the date of this event, PLEASE read the next paragraph.
If you have found just this event. The preparation days of 21 pre-event have passed, but you would like to attend this and be attended to Reiki - level one. You must qualify by not being a drinker of alcohol or other intoxicates, nor eating meat, and you have had a full Reiki session before. To know what it is you are being attuned to. Only then are you suitable to attend this event at this late notice. However, we must chat on the phone first. So please send me a message or a call after you've paid. You'll find my number in the printout of your ticket's instructions.
The Cost;
One-time payment of £250.00 takes care of the 21 days of mentorship you'll get after the attunement day.
What You'll Learn On The Day
The fundamentals of Reiki, from its history, basic anatomy on energy (koshas), and Reiki symbols, and you'll receive the initiation, your first Reiki attunement.

- What are the 'Three Pillars of Reiki?
- How to protect yourself energetically and guidelines on conducting treatments, plus information on disconnection, grounding and cleansing practices.
- Basic anatomy and physiology.
- The importance of ethics and consent.
- Opening your energetic bodies and Reiki being placed inside
- Introduce you to accessing the healing energy
- Practical exercise on how to do your 21-day practice,
- Hand positions for administering Reiki.
Manual and Certificate for Reiki Level 1 after the 21 days of consolidation work have been done. During this, you will have received support from me through mentorship.
In Summary
This is part of a series where you get a Q&A class online, followed by 21 days of mentorship to assist you as you cleanse and prepare your body. During this time, there is an in-person fire cleansing ceremony. This attunement will later take place. From your attunement day to your graduation, you will get a further 21 days of mentorship. It will assist you in integrating Reiki into your daily life. We end the series with a consultation, either online or in person.

(21 Days After The Attunement)
First Degree Reiki training consists of a series of self-treatment sessions for a consecutive 21 days. Many people lack confidence after being attuned to Reiki because this step is often missed, and there is no accountability to the student after the 'attunement day' by other Masters.
This is why I differ, I will check on you weekly, and you will have a set day ⤵️ to return. We will exchange Reiki, answer by demonstrating anything you need clarification on, and you'll get your certification.
