Deepen Your Connection to Universal energy through this Reiki Level I training. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. In Level I, students will learn ways to work with Reiki energy on themselves. Class covers the history of Reiki, its lineage, and how it was brought to the West, instructions on how to develop your Reiki practice for yourself, as well as some hands-on practice time. Students will also receive the first-degree Reiki attunement.
