Reiki Level 1 Shoden (healing for Self) is an initiation into Reiki and activates the flow of Reiki in your hands. Reiki is a sacred Japanese healing art for balancing, healing and harmonizing all aspects of the person -- physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.
Reiki can transform your life as is stimulates personal and spiritual growth, encourages healing changes in lifestyle, increases inspiration and intuition, and brings about realizations of our deeper spiritual nature, which can be powerful and life-changing.
The focus of Level 1 is opening the energy channels and connecting to Reiki for self-healing. It's imperative that you spend time connecting with Reiki energy and performing self-treatments before moving on to Reiki Level 2 Okuden where you learn how to share Reiki with others.
Reiki truly changed my life and expedited my spiritual journey and growth. Since Reiki has had such a profound impact on my life, I am truly honored and grateful to pass this sacred healing art to others. I believe with all my heart that every person should be attuned to at least Reiki Level 1 so you can share this beautiful, divine healing energy with yourself, your children, and your animals.

- Reiki Level 1 Certificate
I teach both Usui Reiki Ryoho (traditional Reiki) and Usui Tibetan (Western) so you will be attuned and certified in both! Most teachers and trainings only include one style of Reiki.
Class size is limited to 5 students only! Training takes place in my private healing space in North Laguna Beach. Address will be provided upon payment. I do have 2 spots available to participate virtually via zoom!
SELF INVESTMENT: $400
RESERVE YOUR SPOT: you can purchase an Eventbrite ticket or if you'd like to save on fees you can Venmo $400 to @nativhealing and put the date of the training in the memo. I also accept PayPal and Zelle.
POLICY: Since the class size is so small there are no refunds issued unless I cancel the class due to low signups. However, if something comes up and you have a good reason for not being able to make it then I will consider offering a credit towards a future training. Please let me know ASAP as I have printing and other hard costs.

Amy Thorson, Nativ Healing
Amy Thorson is a heart-centered intuitive, Reiki Master Teacher, and alchemy sound healer. She has always been a highly sensitive person with a strong inner pull to help others. After burnout from a very successful yet stressful 20+ year marketing + branding career, Amy turned to Reiki and other divine healing modalities to help her find true alignment, empowerment, and freedom in all aspects of her life.
