This two-part series is designed to help students understand Reiki energy, receive their Level 1 attunement, and develop confidence through practice and personal integration.
Part 1- Attunement + Foundations
Sunday, February 22nd
5:00 PM- 9:00 PM
The first session includes:
* History & philosophy of Reiki
* Understanding energy & self-treatment
* Hand positions for giving Reiki to self & others
* Guided practice & partner work
* Usui Reiki Level 1 attunement
Students will then begin the 21-day self-Reiki integration period following the attunement
Part 2- Integration, Sharing Circle + Hands-on Practice
Sunday, March 22nd
5:00 PM- 9:00 PM
After 21 days of personal practice, students return for a supportive follow-up session that includes:
* Group sharing circle about their 21-day experiences
* Q&A and discussion around sensations, emotions, and insights
* Hands-on practice in pairs or small groups
* Completion of certificate requirements
This session completes the training & students will receive their Usui Reiki Level 1 Certificate
