Monks cottage is an idyllic location, with it's beautiful gardens and perfect space for energy work and training.
I am hosting a two day Level 1 Usui Reiki training day.
Level one reiki training requires no formal experience. This level of training is about self care.You will receive attunements to reiki energy in a sacred ceremony. This will be the start of an energetic process. 21 day cleansing, which means that your body will be adjusting to reiki energy. Clearing and balancing your energy field and chakras.
You will be taught how to do self healing, with specific hand positions. During the 21 day cleansing, you will be aware of changes in your body. It takes roughly three days for each chakra to clear and balance. By self healing this assists with the process. You may also find keeping a journal to record your thoughts and feelings each day is beneficial. To aknowledge and record your experiences.
