Wanting to learn about the powerful healing practice of Reiki? We will begin the journey July 20, 21 in Ananda's private garden.

This training will be held in PERSON with Ananda Cait herself.
Reiki level 1 is all about your self-healing journey which includes a deep look into self- study. This means your Reiki level 1 journey will allow you to gain spiritual awareness into your inner child trauma and will give your time to hold space for emotional pain in your body as well as time to strengthen your faith & relationship with Spirit / The Universe.
All of this deep work in Reiki Level 1 will help prepare you to become a channel for Reiki as you choose to work with the light. Reiki chooses its conduits at specific times --- all it asks is for you to trust, take the call and step forward.

Ananda is the perfect teacher if you're wanting deep insight into the healing modality of Reiki, while also gaining insight into your own spiritual awareness. Your reiki healing journey will help you to move forward in life with a lighter perception, have increased faith in the Universe and gain more trust in your intuitive senses. The true learning of this course is to become a more rooted, authentic person who moves from the knowing of Spirit.

I want to assure you before you commit to this journey, that this is a personal journey, but also one that will connect you to many others that are on a similar journey. A world will open for you that is beyond what you may be prepared for, but it is certain that you have been led here: and I take signs from the Universe very seriously.
Reiki changed my life: it made me more secure in who I am as a spiritual being and human being, but also how to know what is in alignment for me and how I want to feel and show up in this world.
This resonates with and can affect relationships, work choices and perception of life experiences.
Through the attunement process and alignment of your chakras for a practitioner & receiver: you will become a vessel through which the Universe can channel its healing energy through to you and/or your patients.
Each treatment is different and special. It will also be different for you on comparison to any other Reiki practitioner.
You have your own energy and when merged with the Universal energy, your own healing gifts will be revealed.
As such, your confidence in this practice will be unveiled one step at a time and I am here to help you with this process.
Reiki is a powerful practice.
It can release years of resentment, sadness, trauma and panic in an instant if the receiver is open and working with a clear vessel for energy to move through.
This is a safe space to learn how to practice Reiki for yourself, plants, animals, and for your patients (loved ones, etc.)

š¹First, what is Reiki & how does it work?š¹
Reiki is a Japanese technique that is used to heal physical and mental trauma, and to support mental clarity and spiritual well-being. In Japanese, the word "rei" refers to a higher intelligence that permeates all living and nonliving entities and guides the inherent functioning of the universe.
The word "ki" refers to the nonphysical energy that flows through everything that is alive, including plants, animals, and human beingsābecause of this, ki is also often called "life force energy," and is known as qi or chi from other lineages. The combination of these two words is what defines reiki as "spiritually guided life-force energy."
To administer Reiki, a practitioner channels life force energy through his or her hands unto another. It's said that the aforementioned spiritual guidance enables the Reiki to flow through the affected parts of the subject's energy field and charges them with positive energy. It raises awareness in and around the physical body where negative thoughts and feelings are contained. This causes the negative energyāsuch as stress, anxiety, physical pain, sadness, confusion, etc.āto loosen its grip, allowing the touch of the Reiki healer to swoop in and clarify the energy pathways.

- WHAT IS REIKI? -
Reiki (pronounced āray-keyā) is a form of hands-on healing that originated in Japan, in 1922. It is used to restore balanced energy flow throughout the body.
Reiki translated means "Universal life force energy." This universal life force is an energy found within all things, people, animals, plants, rocks, treesā¦ even the earth itself has this life force energy and without it, our physical bodies would cease to live. Someone trained in the use of Reiki, channels that life force energy to the recipient allowing it to flow to where it is needed.
Everything, as well as the body and its organs, generates a frequency. If our life force energy is low or blocked, we are more likely to get sick, which brings on symptoms of injury, illness and disease. When the life force is high (balanced energy), we can maintain our health and well-being.
Reiki helps restore balance and being balanced helps maintain normal functioning. It provides deep relaxation and offers the body the life force energy where it is needed and assists the body in breaking up energy blockages therefore, enhancing healing and eliminating symptoms.
Reiki gets to the root of the blockage (issue), breaks it apart and restores the proper balance. Reiki treats the whole of the person addressing physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances.
Reiki supports our well-being and strengthens our bodies natural ability to heal itself by encouraging balance in our energy centres called Chakras.

- Once you receive your certification and attunement you will be added to our Reiki Family Alumni where you will have access to multiple Reiki Masters and will be able to attend our Reiki Ceremonies for free (If providing practicing Reiki on others.)
I am one of the only Reiki Master teachers that provides a large traditional Group Reiki Ceremony where all my students have the opportunity to practice right away on others. This allows you to connect with Reiki deeper, connect with other Reiki practitioners and be a part of a large conscious community here in Kelowna by offering your service of light.

Two half days of immersive group training with ceremony & connection.
