Reiki is a beautiful form of self care ✨💫
Reiki is made of two words...
REI - which means "Gods Wisdom or Higher Power/Source" and
KI - which is "life force energy".
Reiki, pronounced ray-key, is a Japanese healing practice which balances the flow of energy within the body. Reiki encourages a deep sense of relaxation and healing on all levels.
Reiki healing has thrived in recent years as its positive effects have been more widely reported, and it is now used worldwide! Reiki energy helps speed up the natural healing process, bringing feelings of inner calm and contentment.. Thus leaving you feeling better able to cope with life!

Reiki was developed by a Buddhist Monk named Mikao Usui. After suffering from illness, Mikao went on a spiritual quest, where he discovered this form of healing. He is credited as the founder of Reiki. At the beginning of the 1900's he went on to teach other people how to treat themselves and others. A true Reiki practitioner has a direct lineage to Mikao Usui. Reiki is not a religious practice or associated with any particular religion, it is a form of healing, using universal energy.

Usui attunements are passed down a lineage from Usui to the masters he taught and in turn connect each student they taught etc connecting them to the Reiki energy through attunements.
This level is suitable for anyone who wants to develop their own self-healing and share with friends and family.
Reiki can be helpful for virtually all illnesses as it is said to accelerate the body’s natural ability to heal.
This two day course introduces you to the Reiki healing system, during which you will receive the level 1 attunement. This initiates you into the healing system, by opening your energy channels to connect to the universal life force energy for the purpose of healing the body, mind and soul.
Once activated you will be shown how to harness and work with the Reiki energy on yourself and give a healing treatment to friends and family.
