For us, Reiki is not just a healing modality, it has become a way of life. It is common for people to associate Reiki with a hands on practice, but in our experience, Reiki is so much more than that!
Level one is all about self-healing. This level teaches one about energetic awareness—helping you understand where your energy is sitting daily, when you are actively absorbing or releasing energy during interactions with your environment, and how your body processes and stores energy.
Level two is an expansion of this, where one learns how to work with energy outside of themselves. The focus is on channelling Reiki for other people, living things, and situations. Here, students learn how to balance energy, facilitate healing shifts + releases, and send Reiki across time and space.

💫 Dates + times:
~October 18th (Meet & Greet)—5:30-7pm(ish)
~October 19th (Level 1)—10am-5pm(ish)
~October 20th (Level 2)—10am-5pm(ish)
💫 Locations:
~The Meet & Greet will be held at Soul Stones (329 Victoria Street)
~Level 1 & 2 will be held at M & J’s property (address will be given to students!)
