Usui Reiki Level 1
Join me to learn Usui Reiki Level 1 . This is a face to face course in Wellow is perfect for anyone interested in energy healing. Learn the basics of Reiki, including hand positions, self-healing techniques, and the history behind this powerful practice. Connect with like-minded individuals and embark on a journey of self-discovery and healing.
On the day will we cover:
The history of reiki
Connecting with reiki energy
Learn how to self heal with reiki
Learn how to protect your energy and ground yourself
Receive 4 attunements to reiki
Practice reiki healing on each other
Q & A throughout the course. Attendance and practical application in class qualifies for certificate.Refreshements will be provided, please also bring a packed lunch, plus a water bottle, and slippers or comfy socks should you wish. Course notes will be provided but you might like to bring a note book to take your own notes. It is a practical course, so you will do some exercises/meditations to connect into the reiki energy.
Learning Reiki Level 1 willl enable you to give Reiki healing to yourself and friends and family as well as self healing.
I am an experienced Reiki Master Teacher and healer, having been attuned to Reiki almost 20 years ago. I am also a member of the UK Reiki Federation. I hold regular Reiki shares monthly in West Wellow so you can come along and practice and receive healing once you have been attuned.
This course will run with a maximum of 3 students to allow plent of time to learn and practice.
