In this one day, 6 hour workshop, you will experience the power of being initiated into Reiki Levels 1 & 2 to learn self-healing and healing on others by me, an accomplished Usui Reiki Master Teacher & Sekhem Seichem Reiki Master Teacher Level 7. This workshop will provide a firm foundation for:

- About Chakras
- Grounding techniques
- Reiki Hand positions for self and others
- A hands on healing protocol and practice on each other

* Bring a light lunch, a note pad & yoga mat. Workshop will include refreshments , healthy snacks, your Reiki Manual, Level 1 & 2 attunements and certificate with your lineage. It is suggested you dress in comfortable layers. You will leave this workshop with the confidence to do your own Reiki treatments for yourself, your family, your pets and others should you wish. You will learn how to infuse an object with Reiki energy. After the class, I continue the practice work afterwards and faciliate Monthly Reiki practice shares for a small fee. Practice sessions are important for sharing our own experiences with Reiki and expanding our use of this divine energy for compassionate action to heal ourselves and others.
