Usui Reiki 1st Degree CertificationThis class is 5-6 hours long and is completed in 1 day. There are no pre-requisites to take this class.
Reiki is a form of energy healing that has been scientifically proven to create positive effects in the body and mind, and has been recognized and used more frequently as of late in the medical community. It can also be used with other healing modalities. You don’t have to be a professional/practicing healer to use Reiki.
The following are just some of the information covered in this class:
• The history of Reiki, what it is, and how it works.
• The Reiki principles and how to apply them to your life.
• The effect of Reiki on an individual physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
• The hand positions for self-treatments and to treat others.
• Level 1 attunements (energetic healings that open up energetic pathways in you so you are able to receive energy and give Reiki.)
This class includes your own personal binder of information and handouts, and a copy of “The Original Reiki Handbook of Dr. Mikao Usui” – all for you to keep. A Reiki 1st Degree certificate will be issued at the end of this class.
*This class is in our office in Allentown, PA. Please bring a lunch/drink for yourself. We do NOT have a microwave or a fridge.
