You will receive a workbook, journal, specialgift and certification for Usui Holy Fire®️ Reiki Level 1 at the end of class. This workshop includes lectures, meditations, discussions and hands-on experience. You
will learn the history of Usui and Holy Fire®️ Reiki, about the subtle energy systems of the body and receive proper placement to Reiki 1 energy, giving you the ability to use Reiki after the first day of class. You do not have to want to give Reiki to others to take this class, it can be primarily used as a tool for self-healing. Reiki is not affiliated with any religion; however, you will uncover a deep sense of well-being and spiritual connection that you will be able to carry with you throughout your life.
