We will have a healing experience with Reiki and we will be having an open format to go over what Reiki is, how to work with reiki, and to answer questions you may have about Reiki before you commit to receiving any Reiki Placements.

Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Usui Sensei including:
Gassho meditation- hands at heart.
Reiji-ho - developing your intuition,
Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed,
Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes,
Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing one's energy field.
Hayashi Healing Guide.
Using Reiki for specific conditions.
Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits.
Distant healing.
Partake in a Reiki Healing Experience.

This is NOT the full Reiki I and II weekend intensive, which is a combination of lecture, discussion, and experience. Both Placements (attunements) are given. Look for future dates for Reiki I & II intensive class.
In the full Reiki I & II class practice time includes giving and receiving a complete Reiki treatment, using all the hand positions, self treatment, practice using all the level II symbols, including distant healing.
In the full Reiki I & II class, we will learn the standard Reiki session hand positions and give a complete Reiki session for self and others. We will also practice using all the Japanese Reiki Techniques mentioned below:

While practice takes place during the class, it is helpful if you set aside additional time to practice after the class is over. This additional practice is necessary to gain the experience and confidence you need to fully utilize the Reiki training. Try to commit to this additional time, perhaps one evening a week for several weeks. You may practice choose Reiki with one or more people from your Reiki class or with members of your family or friends.

Reiki I & II Class is typically from 9am-6pm Saturday & Sunday with an hour lunch break.
