Overview:

Reiki is a Japanese healing modality that reduces stress and promotes relaxation. This amazing technique is easy to learn and can produce profound results. You will have multiple chances to recieve and practice Reiki in various ways during the class. We will go over history and practical application. Your price includes a manual that provides additional information, goes over what we will talk about in class, and can also be used for the Second Degree of Reiki should you choose to continue your journey with further trainings.
