Ghost Hunt and Memorial of 82nd Anniversary of the Torpedo Attack

Great State Paranormal will return to the USS North Carolina Battleship in Wilmington, NC on September 14, 2023. The Battleship is widely considered to be one of the most haunted locations in the state of North Carolina. Reported Paranormal phenomena include intelligent knocks, sensations of the ship floating, phantom smells, EVPs, and even full bodied apparitions.
During this event we will conduct a memorial service for the sailors that lost their lives during the torpedo attack that occurred September 15, 1942. We will honor those who perished on the USS North Carolina during the attack, as well as all others who were killed in action.
There are two experience options for this event:
Phantom- 7PM to 12AM, Experience all guided vigils and major paranormal hotspots on the ship- including exclusive access to the Torpedo Room.
Spectre- 7PM to 3AM, Experience all guided vigils and major paranormal hotspots on the ship- including exclusive access to the Torpedo Room. You also have self-exploration access to the ship from 12AM to 3AM to take the ghost hunt into your own hands.
The Ghost Hunt includes access to the Battleship’s daytime tour on the ship (must be the weekend of the Ghost Hunt). During the Ghost Hunt you will be provided with complimentary snacks as well as hot and cold beverages. You are encouraged to bring your own equipment and/or recording devices if you have them available.
