About this Event
This workshop will give participants an understanding of how they use their voice.
It will cover historical and current influences on how participants use their voices, including a diversity perspective.
It will include a couple of Gestalt experiments.

To enable participants to:
- Gain awareness of a Gestalt approach to voice as an aspect of embodiment.
- Understand how the voice is important in managing boundaries
- Gain awareness of how they use their own voice.
- Practice and gain support for expanding their range.

Meet the Tutor: Dr Di Hodgson
Dr Di Hodgson has worked as a psychotherapist for over 30 years, and a clinical supervisor for over 20 years. For over 12 years she was the Director of Studies for the MSc in Gestalt Psychotherapy at the Metanoia Institute.
Di is an external examiner and moderator for several institutes. She is also a regular contributor at National and International conferences.
For over 5 years she was on the Editorial Board of the British Gestalt Journal.
