Fraser Robertson
Fraser Robertson is a barrister at John Toohey Chambers. He has a varied practice that sees him practicing in many different Courts. He is experienced in the presentation of trials and appeals using technology. He was recently involved in the preparation and arguing of the appeal (remotely) in the High Court decision of Charisteas v Charisteas [2021] HCA 29; 95 ALJR 824 concerning the test for apprehension of bias. Fraser embraces the use of technology in his day-to-day practice and encourages others to follow suit.
