For kids ages 7 -13. July 15th - 19th 9am to 12pm. Join local artist and educator Bridgette Schnider for a 5 day camp. Students will use Bones, Stones, Bugs, Gold and Garlic - traditional illumination methods from nature (and a few without) to make materials for art making. Kids will learn to make paints from pigments, some of which will be ground up in class, dye paper, and use genuine gold leaf (just a tiny bit). All pigments are mineral, non-toxic French pigments.
