About this Event
Improvisation isn’t just for performers—it’s a powerful tool for workplace success. In teams that thrive on creativity, collaboration, trust, and problem-solving, improv skills can elevate performance, turning a good team into a great one.
The best improvisers listen attentively, pivot quickly, stay open-minded, build on teammates’ ideas, and embrace uncertainty. Experienced performers and business professionals Frank Storace and Derek DeSol will explore how these skills can benefit you and your colleagues—even if you never step on stage.
Improv goes beyond making people laugh; it fuels innovation and dynamic teamwork. Join us to learn how!
