Join Jess for a 2.5-hour workshop where you will dive into the fundamentals of Ayurveda and discover how to use food and lifestyle adjustments to maintain balance during the hot season.
We will conclude with a communal meal, giving you the opportunity to taste some delicious and nourishing dishes firsthand. This workshop is designed to empower health and harmony in both body and mind, while also connecting you to community members looking to do the same.

Jess Bio:
Jess is a dedicated yoga practitioner with over 1,200 hours of yoga education from around the globe. She has studied under world-renowned teachers, learning Hatha yoga, Ayurveda, and yoga philosophy. With extensive experience in leading public classes, workshops, and retreats, Jess brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm to her teaching.
Jess has also worked at Tucson Village Farm off and on for 11 years, starting as a college intern. Currently, she serves as their Community Outreach and Development Coordinator, overseeing many TVF events, marketing, the weekly newsletter, social media, and more. Each year, she facilitates a Culinary Medicine camp for teens, sharing her love for cooking simple and nourishing meals, and hopes to inspire young people to use food as medicine.
Jess is passionate about showing people easy and effective ways to promote nourishment and well-being in all areas of life. Join her for a fun and interactive summer workshop!
