USF faculty, students, staff, and alumni from all disciplines are doing creative things. They are entrepreneurial, talented and unique, and we want to show that to the community at large.
On Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 9am – 2pm, University of Saint Francis will sponsor a holiday bazaar event on all three floors of the Rolland Center for Visual Arts on the beautiful USF campus featuring artist and artisan booths, live music, and for the first 200 patrons, free tote bags (designed by USF students). This year we are upping the use of signage to encourage flow throughout the Rolland building.
Vendor booths are open to all USF faculty, staff, students, and alumni -
Artists and artisans will be provided one eight-foot table, two chairs and a tablecloth but are encouraged to bring their own set-up display. WIFI and power outlets available.

$10 creative business promotional only table (no sales)
$20 USF current student booth
$20 (early bird deadline 10/31/23)
$50 (late deadline 11/27/23)
Application Requirements:
All Applicants must complete entry form & pay entry fee through the following link : https://calendar.sf.edu/event/saint-francis-holiday-bazaar-call-for-entries
Submit 3-5 sample images of their art/craft and/or display set-up in digital format (.jpeg) for jury and for event marketing. Please label files with last name and entry number, example Smith1.jpeg and submit through the following Googledrive link: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1-Cn79oUhwoVqqIq7lxVazggjup_p6jXE?usp=sharing
Important Dates:
10-31-24 – Early bird deadline for applications/booth fees to be received through Eventbrite $20 art booth fee
11-27-24 - Late deadline for applications/both fees to be received through Eventbrite $50 art booth fee
USF is not responsible for damage or loss of artwork/handmade craft goods accrued to, from, or during the event. All selected participants must be present, and their booth attended for the entirety of the event Saturday, December 7, 2024, from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
