User Experience Research and Design - full day user experience course

This is an in-person, full day course led by Andy Priestner, former Librarian, now expert trainer in user experience. Aims for the day include defining UX; the importance of attitudinal & behavioural approaches; processing and mapping user research data and effective idea generation and prototyping of new services.

Designed for staff from every library sector, the course does not assume any prior knowledge; those attending with some experience will learn new techniques.
