About the Hosts: Mason and Lexus of Luminous Coffee
Background in Coffee: Mason and Lexus, the founders of Luminous Coffee, bring over 20 years of combined experience to the table, with Mason contributing 14 years alone. Based in Las Vegas, they have dedicated themselves to this industry, shipping and roasting coffee and instant coffee products worldwide for more than five years through their hyper-focused business model. Mason has consulted for a wide range of coffee companies, from major roasteries to smaller, lesser-known businesses, sharing insights and knowledge gained from years of industry experience. The expertise they've cultivated over the years is at the heart of Luminous Coffee, a company focused on doing everything "extra," ensuring the highest standards, no matter the cost.
Passion for Community: Luminous Coffee thrives on its passion for supporting the coffee community. Mason and Lexus are deeply committed to helping young and aspiring coffee professionals, including baristas, roasters, and those working in packaging or production. Their goal is to provide a platform for these individuals to grow, learn, and succeed. The upcoming event in Las Vegas reflects their vision of nurturing the local coffee scene and providing opportunities where they are most needed.
