USA Weightlifting Level 1 Certification at Rushmore CrossFit on April 15 & 16, 2023. Rushmore CrossFit is hosting this 2-day course taught by International Coach and Level 1 Course Instructor Walt Neubauer. This course covers the fundamental progressions for the Snatch, Clean and Jerk, basic programming, basic flexibility assessments and principles of coaching.
The course is recognized by ACE, NSCA and NASM for CEU credits. Upon successful completion Participants will be awarded the Level 1 Coach Certification under USA Weightlifting.
