Weigh-in 7:00am-8:30am
Lifting begins at 9:00 am
ELIGIBILITY:
This meet is open to all USA Powerlifting members. You must purchase or renew a USA Powerlifting membership prior to July 15, 2024.

RULES:

AWARDS CATEGORIES: Youth, Teen, Junior, Open, Master, Equipped (Lightweight/Heavyweight)
ENTRY FEE:
$75 for full power and bench press only
$40 for additional division (open & age, full power & bench press only.)
$20 for pre-ordered shirts
No spectator fee.
DEADLINE: July 1, 2023 at 9pm CST (For pre-ordered shirts)
If you are a para-athlete, adaptive athlete, wish to compete in the bench only, or raw with wraps division, please reach out and I will make those divisions available to you.
