Us in a Bus Intensive Interaction Workshop (In Person)

This is an introduction to building relationships using Intensive Interaction with people who have learning disabilities and complex needs.
About this Event

Participants will have the opportunity to:

• Understand the principles and techniques of Intensive Interaction

• Explore how these principles can be used

• Discuss the impact of sensory processing issues

• Be enabled to build more fulfilling, interactive and equal relationships with the people they support

This session will be facilitated by Janet Gurney who has extensive experience of delivering training in this approach. Participants regularly mention how her interactive style, deep knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject has inspired them to implement a change in their own practice to strengthen and deepen their relationships with the people they support.
