About this Event
Synopsis: America goes to the polls on November 5 – and whatever the result, a new President in the White House in January 2025 is now a certainty. How will Kamala Harris or Donald Trump differ from Joe Biden, especially when it comes to geopolitics and foreign policy issues? What continuity and potential changes can we expect from US policies towards China and the wider Asia-Pacific, including New Zealand? What will happen to AUKUS? And what about Gaza, the wider Middle East and the war in Ukraine?
