The event kicks off at 4:00 PM with a ribbon cutting ceremony, followed by optional guided tours of the new 1102 Broadway offices, our flagship location at 950 Broadway, and access to the Rainier Fitness Center.

Parking & Getting Here: You can park at any of the surrounding street parking or parking lot locations near the building. You will want to enter the building from 1102 Court C for the easiest access. You can also enter the building from 1102 Broadway any time before 5:00pm and take the elevator up to level 2, these doors will lock after 5:00pm and you will need to walk around to the back of the building to get in.
