Urban Kiz is all about deep connection with your partner, the music, and your own presence. Every movement tells a story, blending smooth rhythms with intentional, creative technique.
My approach is about more than memorizing patterns. You’ll learn to understand the how, why, and where of each move—empowering you to dance with clarity and purpose. Through conscious movement and creative flow, you’ll discover your own unique dance language.
🕺 What to Expect
Join a 5-week Urban Kiz journey focused on connection, body awareness, and right techniques.
We’ll work on leading and following techniques based on body intention — developing a soft connection without pushing or pulling.
You’ll learn to communicate through subtle movement, explore creativity, and understand the system behind the dance so you can start creating your own “puzzles” on the dance floor.
📅 Class Schedule – Every Wednesday
Urban Kiz Class (19:00–20:30)
Perfect for dancers ready to explore or refine Urban Kiz fundamentals.
You’ll learn:
· Leading and following through body intention
· Soft connection — no pushing or pulling
· Posture, body control, and spatial awareness
· Musical interpretation and creative expression
· How to use the system to create your own movements and combinations
Open Social Dancing (20:30–22:00)
Practice what you’ve learned. First 15 minutes would be with direct feedback and we keep switching partners to ensure everyone master the techniques.
Meet Your Instructor
Sara has been dancing Urban Kiz for six years and teaching for five, both in Denmark and internationally. She is part of the MetaKizz Instructor Team and has trained under Jesus & Anni, as well as other leading instructors in the scene such as Karl Bekene and Jojo.
She is deeply committed to continuous growth — she regularly attends international festivals and advanced training sessions to stay inspired and refine her skills.
Known for her clear and structured teaching style, she breaks down the techniques behind each movement, making complex concepts accessible and practical. Her classes focus on helping students build strong foundations, improve their connection, and dance with confidence, intention, and creativity.
