We're back at humanscale for 2023
Please bring your own yoga mat if possible as we only have a few spares!
With mental health in the workplace still ignored or misunderstood, we want to advocate for prioritising yourself and your health. By practicing yoga and meditation we remember to breathe and just be - proven to improve wellbeing and reduce stress.
Scared of looking silly or never tried yoga/meditation before? This event involves simple moves that are gentle and relaxing - absolute beginners are encouraged!
