UrbanFit! Wellness DaysA spectacular walk in the Lomond Hills, Falkland, Fife.
Taking in Maspie Den, West Lomond & East Lomond.
With views over Fife towards Edinburgh & The Pentland Hills & back towards Dundee with the Angus Glens & imposing Cairngorms to the north.
The day trip will include return transport leaving at 9am from Castle Green, Broughty Ferry & 915 at Malmaison Dundee (returning approx 4), a nutritious, balanced packed lunch to give you some ideas away from the "Tesco meal deal" & guided walk with myself, where we can chat about what Wellness means to you, nutrition & movement.
There will be the opportunity of a coffee stop afterwards at an independent cafe at your own expense, along with some time to explore the beautiful village of Falkland.
The day will be suitable for all ages & abilities with the focus being on Wellness, not Fitness.
Cost for the day will be £35 with payment to made via bank transfer.
