About this Event
Celebrate Urban Wildlife Conservation Day at Masonville Cove! Take a walk outside and discover the nation's first Urban Wildlife Refuge Partnership in the heart of Baltimore City. Explore 70 acres of water and 54 acres of restored wetlands and nature trails. At the National Aquarium's eleventh annual BioBlitz event, you will work with wildlife experts and community volunteers to find, identify and record plant and animal species at Masonville Cove.
Registering for the BioBlitz is preferred but not required. Those who register will receive a briefing packet with more information the week of the event. All volunteers under 18 must be supervised by an adult. Please contact us at [email protected] or 410-659-9286 for more information.
Urban Wildlife Conservation Day is hosted by the Masonville Cove Partnership. In addition to the BioBlitz, activities will include nature exploration, boat rides and more! For detailed schedule updates, visit Masonville Cove’s Urban Wildlife Conservation Day event page.
