We’re excited to launch Urban Wellness: Mindful Nutrition, a community-based initiative designed to enhance mental and physical well-being through nutrition education, community engagement, and access to fresh, locally sourced foods.
Participants will:
- Learn mindful eating techniques and balanced nutrition strategies
- Engage in hands-on gardening experiences
- Explore sustainable wellness habits to support long-term health
- Connect with a supportive community committed to well-being and food security
This program is FREE for participants and specifically designed to support individuals experiencing food insecurity. Sessions will take place weekly at Bon Secours’ Community Health Hub, a space dedicated to empowering the community through accessible health initiatives.
