Catherine Chan is a prominent leader in Cambodia’s real estate sector. As the Executive Director of the award-winning Urban Village & Factory Phnom Penh and Director of Goldfame Group, she has been at the forefront of innovative urban development in the region. Catherine was the first woman in Cambodia to receive the "Real Estate Personality of the Year" award during the 6th annual PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards in 2021.
