Come and be part of this Mountain Trail Challenge.Be judged by certified MT judges and two of the longest serving MT judges, Deb Allan and Tracey Mallia.
The patterns will be posted in plenty of time to practice.
This event is run under IMTCA rules and Urban Trails guidelines.
We will have a full program next week. The interest has been huge, so if you're wanting to compete get your entry in early as we may have to cap runs.
We will have our version of Gamblers Choice and our fantastic Team Challenge where you and 2 friends join up and your 2 best scores are calculated to give a team score.
Awarded up to 3rd place.
* Junior Youth - can be on lead or off lead / age 12 and below.
* Senior Youth - 13 to 18 years old.
* Novice Adult - someone not to have competed in MT and is not
a trainer or coach.
* Novice - is a horse new to MT but may have a trainer or coach
aboard.
* All Age Horse - for horses that have competed in MT.
* Open - for experienced riders, trainers and coaches.
* Hero - for all lovely Standys that attend our course and is
sponsored by HRV-Hero program.
* OTT - Off the Track for all our lovely OTT horses that come
and use our course and hopefully will have VRC support still
pending.
* Long Reining / Driving - this is new to our program. This is a
technical challenge where your horse is required to walk the
obstacles and your on the ground should a good one!
This stands to be a very interesting event with so many different classes on the card.
Be sure to book a pattern practice date. You don't need a pattern to practice.
Start in hand at 08.00am.
Please arrive at 07.30am.
When entering the property, please drive slowly (WALKING PACE) past the house and sheds up to the car park paddock where the floats are.
Please ensure you sign a waiver at the club rooms on your arrival.
Cost per rider has been detailed on the Entry Forms.

Boots are advisable for the horses.
Rope, halters and long leads are required.
We have camping available at a cost of $10.00 per vehicle.
BYO drink bottles.
Tea and coffee provided.
There will be a food van on site for both days and Urban Trails will offer a BBQ dinner on the Saturday night.
