You'll see an assortment of new builds, remodels, apartment communities, parks, and all the amenities that go with city living!
The Urban Living Tour is a self-guided tour featuring living options in Downtown Columbus and surrounding neighborhoods. This year’s tour is Sunday, May 5, 2024 from 9 am – 5 pm.
NOTE: Check-in and Day of Tickets are only on sale at Preston Centre, 155 Broad St, Columbus, Ohio,43216 between 9am and 3pm on Sunday, May 5.
Residential stops on the Tour include:
Brewers Yard, Fairfax, Library Park, New City Homes, Preston Centre, The Citizens Condominiums, The Madison, The Nicholas, The Sage at Jeffrey Park, The Standard, The Thomas at GVX, Topiary Park Crossing The Sutton, ONE at the Peninsula and River & Rich.
Tickets to the tour are $10 in advance and day of (cash or credit).
